Paul started Capoeira in 2001, studying Capoeira Regional with Filhos de Bimba before joining Grupo Senzala. He has travelled to the US and Brazil and trained with famous mestres such as Mestre Nenel, Mestre Acordeon and Mestre Gato. He now leads the classes in Cullercoats under the guidance of Mestre Tasmania.

The Cullercoats Centre classes are ideal for both beginners and more experienced capoeira students.
The session consists of warm-up & stretching, training and roda (circle where capoeira is played).
Price per session is: £5.00 Adults, £3 Kids.
